do I determine sizes for rings?
We'll
be happy to mail you a free set of ring sizers.
This
will allow you
wear
it a bit to see if it's the right size.
If there's
doubt get it a little tight
as it's
easier to size up than down.
Do
we size rings?
Yes,
but only our product.
Sizing
up 1-2 sizes-$5; 2 or more sizes $10
sizing
down regardless of amount $15
How
do you size bracelets?
Simply
measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure
and
send us the size in inches.
Go a
little big if in doubt.
Do
we do repairs?
Only
of our products
Do
we do custom work?
Yes!
We'll be more than happy to use your stones,
buttons
or beads in our designs,
but
we need to consult with you personally first.
We do
accept some custom jobs, but these
need
to be discussed with our silversmith.
What
is our warranty?
We warrant
the jewelry for life. Size problems
must
be addressed within 2 weeks of purchase.
How
about returns?
We cannot
give cash returns for custom orders. Other items are
eligible
for a refund or exchange with in 14 days.
